
What’s Inside: Power That Fits in the Wall
Here’s the thing about our wall-mounted heaters: we built them around a halogen tube because you need a lot of heat in a small space. Most units crank out 2500W to 3000W, and you can run them on 230V or 400V. If you choose the higher voltage, the current drops. That makes wiring easier and keeps voltage loss low, even on longer runs. The tube itself is about 300mm long. That gives you a tight, focused heat spot without forcing you to rework the whole enclosure.
The Build: Tough Quartz, Smart Coating, Solid Connections
We wrap the heating element in quartz because it can take rapid heating and cooling without cracking. The reflector coating does the simple, smart work of pushing infrared heat forward. So you’re not wasting warmth on the bracket or the surrounding panels. And for the connections, we use R7s bi-pin connectors. They lock in place, hold up to vibration, and make replacing a burned-out lamp as easy as swapping it out on the line.
Why It Works: Fast Heat, Clean Install
These heaters shine when you need fast, localized warmth indoors—like pre-heating molds, warming up a process line, or keeping exposed parts at the right temperature. Installation is straightforward. Mount the bracket, line up the reflector, and wire it in. But keep this in mind: the heat is intense. That’s the trade-off. You need to match your machine’s cooling and ventilation to the output, or you’ll risk overheating nearby electronics.
